Working together over the past ten years is a good client of ours. He has been buying and selling several types of capital equipment, primarily with financing but in a controlled manner. His life was going well, and he was accomplishing personal goals. However, there was one issue, he wasn't earning a profit on his investment. In actuality, the return on capital was declining even though he was purchasing more equipment, offering excellent service, and had content, underworked staff.

Fortunately, he reached out and I was able to assist him make the necessary changes. The client got to challenge the status quo in his industry, and I took care of the numbers while he focused on the entrepreneurial aspect of his business. I met with him monthly (and still do), to ensure the profit levels remain consistent, we discuss issues and solutions and I provide him with the requested financial numbers each month to ensure he has up-to-date information when making any business decisions.

Here we are 10 years later, and our client has 2 successful businesses operating well above IBIS world benchmark EBIT percentages and he still has more entrepreneurial activities to come!
