Her work supports the delivery of the dependable, approachable service Paul is known for.

Michelle’s professional foundation was built in the banking sector, where she worked within the call centre and branch spaces before progressing to Mortgage Lending Specialist roles. These experiences strengthened her attention to detail, ability to manage complex tasks and commitment to delivering clear, confident support to clients.

Outside the office, Michelle loves to travel, and values time spent with her family. Her friendly manner, dedication and strong industry background make her a trusted and steady presence for both Paul and the clients he serves.
